Technology for PEOPLE

We are a Technology Center specialized in Food Technology and Polymer Technology that we add value to the business fabric through our R & D & I activity and its adequate transfer. We belong as a Multifocalized Technological Center to the Basque Network of Science, Technology and Innovation RVCTI and we are part of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance BRTA (www.brta.eus). We are a non-profit mixed worker cooperative within the MONDRAGON Corporation, the largest cooperative in the world (https://www.mondragon-corporation.com).

Talent always first. People are our biggest asset and your talent drives us every day. That is why we develop talent at Leartiker. We are a small family that is growing… And we are working to make Leartiker the best in the world developing the People who are part of this exciting project. Based on an open innovation model, we built the Leartiker project in a collaborative way, transforming knowledge into added value, facilitating diversification processes and generating new jobs, mainly at the local level.

In order to offer comprehensive training adapted to the professional reality in our two main areas of technological activity, Food Technology and Polymer Technology, and their respective areas of specialization and knowledge development, and in turn generate a pool of talent, we have Leartiker Academy; an individualized and personalized training program that equips people with the necessary skills, abilities and knowledge to develop their professional career at Leartiker or in their work environment. To do this, we integrate new hires into projects related to current and future trends in the sector, and we provide personalized attention, thus enhancing their talent and professional career.
